What to Do if You Don't Get Your Discount

If you find that you did not receive your discount even though you printed your confirmation page showing you correctly entered your discount code, it is time to contact the merchant directly. This does not usually happen, but you should always keep filed records of your vouchers and online shopping.

Merchants typically are all too happy to adjust your price when you are able to present them with complete, accurate transaction records. Sometimes computer systems suffer technical glitches which can result in transaction problems. These issues are not your fault and you should not take them personally.

Having correct, accurate information makes the price adjustment process much easier. But if you do not have your transaction printout, most likely still have your order information, which can assist the operator.
